　　內(nèi)容：寫信人就某事或某問題提出建議

　　主體時態(tài)：一般現(xiàn)在時

　　正文部分：必須給對方問題明確答復；建議的內(nèi)容要層次清楚，目的明確，具有合理性和說服力；語言要正確、清晰、禮貌、體貼，易于對方接受。
