　　本人從8月10號來公司上班4個多月中，學(xué)到了很多知識，公司的營業(yè)狀態(tài)也是一直表現(xiàn)良好態(tài)勢。非常感激公司給予了我這樣的機會在良好的環(huán)境工作和學(xué)習(xí)。但由于自己專業(yè)水平有限，感覺越來越不能勝任此銷售崗位工作。我自己也意識到了自己個性傾于內(nèi)向，有時說話也不夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中聽，請領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多多包。其實我也一直在努力改變，變得適應(yīng)環(huán)境，以便更好的發(fā)揮自己的作用，但是我覺得自己一直沒什么突破。提出辭職我考慮了很久，希望主管不要挽留我，其實，離開是很舍不得，原因自不用說明。但是既已決定，挽留會讓我最終離開的時候更為難。謝謝!最后，希望公司的業(yè)績一如既往一路飆升!主管及各位同仁工作順利!
