　　如果決定離職的話，除了口頭上向上司請辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應(yīng)缺少的步驟。

　　辭職信內(nèi)容

　　離職日期、辭去的工作職位。

　　簡述辭職原因。(可提可不提)

　　向公司、上司及同事表示謝意。

　　要求撰寫離職證明書(reference letter)。

　　用詞友善

　　無論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動辭職，撰寫辭職信時，措詞切記要適當(dāng)、友善，千萬不要把辭職信當(dāng)作發(fā)泄的工具，用詞惡劣或猛數(shù)公司、老板的不是。原因有三∶

　　- 你的未來老板隨時會要求你的前任老板提供關(guān)於你在職時的資料，作為聘用與否的`參考。因此，別自毀長城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。

　　- 正所謂「今日留一線，他朝好相見」，如果你轉(zhuǎn)職后還是留在同一行業(yè)內(nèi)，日后在工作上或會有碰面的機(jī)會，到時便好不尷尬。

　　- 另外，誰又能保證自己與舊公司/上司他朝不會山水有相逢，再有合作的機(jī)會呢?所以千萬別讓他們留下不良的印象。
